The 7 Day Walking Challenge!

You're all signed up.

Now I am not a doctor, so you should consult with a medical professional about the health benefits and/or risks of walking more (my lawyers made me say this!).

That said, I can speak for my own experience, AND it truly changed my life.

To make the most of this challenge, there are three things I need you to do.

Thing #1:

On Day 5 of the challenge, I'll ask you to go on a walk with a friend or colleague. So, now may be a good time to reach out and schedule it.

You can send a personalized message, or you can just use this as a template:


You free next Friday(May 20th)? We should do lunch.

And after, let's go on a short walk to catch up.

I know that sounds weird, but I just signed up for "The 7 Day Walking Challenge," and one of the assignments suggests we go on a walk with someone else.
