Thanks for the insight.

(a trainer helped me with this one – I knew I must get my kids fed which led to a “quick/easy go to mealplan” that they could help with when I was barely functioning — it was a real lifesaver!) 4= Let’s create an action plan for your worst days: What’s the hardest thing to manage? or – what can I help you manage? xoxo Good luck!!! v.

But to be honest I forgot all about it after two or three days. Got onto other stuff. Is this a normal thing, I would assume so!

I need your help – My subscribers (I assume) struggle with finding effective pain relief from Migraines. And struggle with the numerous impacts of long term chronic illness. I can teach coping skills as I am a qualified Counselor and can develop a pain management strategy – but I can’t find the right words – perhaps just adding the word most might work – “What are you struggling with most?” I might not be able to help them at all! What is your advice please? I’d love some options for questions here. Fabulous ideas. Thanks so much.
