It’s important to listen to the potential client’s needs, and I think this falls in line with what you’re saying in the video. You have to really listen to them and present solutions based on their needs. When you look at it that way, you’re not selling or pitching — you’re presenting solutions to meet their needs. That’s when it turns from a pitch to a real conversation. Ask “How may I help you?” and not, “Buy my product/service.”
